Power & Partnership: Building Equitable Relationships in the Workplace

Participants will be invited to enter the conversation from wherever they are in their workplace roles. (This course is for leaders and individual contributors alike.) Together we will explore issues and ideas, seeking shared power for real partnership in ordinary and difficult situations. Quality collaboration is possible! You will learn to: *Set and maintain a trustworthy environment for lasting relationships *Share power by allowing others to claim their own (without losing yours) *Contribute in ways that influence, even without formal authority *Recognize and build on workplace diversity such as gender, race, age, and ethnicity *Develop healthy collaborative patterns while maintaining role clarity *Energize people and increase productivity through just, equitable partnerships
