Nestled in the heart of Clear Lake, Central Gardens of North Iowa is a major tourist attraction, offering nearly three acres of 20+ themed gardens for more than 18,000 guests who visit each year from across the nation and around the world. Come explore the beauty and stroll along winding brick pathways and over unique bridges. Enjoy more than 22,000 flowers, a Butterfly Garden, Wildflower Garden, Bee Happy Discovery Garden, Schrub Rose Garden, Plant of Year Children’s Garden, Wetland, Meadow, Woodlands Gardens and much more! Free to the public, the Gardens provide a beautiful and welcoming place to celebrate the wonders of nature, escape for some quiet time, and meet friends for lunch. The Gardens also host over 50 free concerts, events and programs each year, as well as an impressive variety of children’s educational programs each summer.
